Refund policy

RETURNS AND REFUNDS:

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery. If you are not completely satisfied with your experience, we will refund the full amount you paid for the product including taxes (we will not refund shipping costs). 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us within 5 days at cs@escelife.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
